NAP UTRANTI Federation (NAPUF) is the largest national umbrella body of federation associations and unions of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community.
Consisting of perhaps the widest network of Agriproduct community across the country, NAPUF is the most
prominent facilitator and supporter of Agri Product businesses. NAPUF was established in 2019 with constant efforts of renowned industry leaders and thousands of traders with the motivation and guidance of the ‘Confederation of All India Traders’ (CAIT), the topmost trader body in India. NAPUF, formerly known as the ‘CAIT Agriproduct Wing’ is amongst the most respected trading communities of India. NAPUF is committed to the regular development of the industry and aims to protect the rights of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community. NAPUF is renowned for its swift resolution of problems faced by Agri Product be it because of various government policies or trade practices. Banking upon the hard-earned experience and knowledge of the senior most Agriproduct of the country and exuberance of the most dedicated new-age professionals, NAPUF is considered to be the loudest voice of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community of India.
Since its foundation, NAPUF has devoted its time & efforts to the thoroughgoing upliftment of the Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community with a multi-faceted approach towards finding solutions to rising challenges in the Indian of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community. NAPUF plays a pivotal role in interacting with Government Bodies on behalf of the Agriproduct Traders and Industrial Community for the implementation of new policies, securing community interests and contributing to the Indian economy by promoting fair trade practice. NAPUF since its establishment has consistently represented the needs of the industry in front of the Union Government of India and various state governments to make and implement policies to promote ‘ease of doing business.
NAPUF conducts various programs for the awareness of its members to update them with new laws and policies of the government. NAPUF constantly reaches out to its members to aid them by organising workshops to help them develop skills in competency with the global market.
NAPUF is on a mission to closely knit the micro, small, medium and large enterprises (MSME) in India for the concerned communities to make a more prosperous trade market in India. By pursuing the government to make friendlier policies, NAPUF, has helped its members and the larger community avail maximum benefits from the schemes of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME)
NAPUF is known as the face of trust and accountability in the Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community and is constantly working to shield the rights of community from harassment, false allegations and misconduct of police personnel.
Besides the consistent efforts for the development of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community, it has also taken fair initiatives to help small of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community avail the Mudra Loan at the lowest interest rates so that they can excel in the trading market and earn their well-deserved place with honesty and transparency.

The Need of the Federation

Since the past few years, the trading community of India has been facing false claims of corruption and rumours of scams in small and medium businesses. Thus, comprehending the need to establish an unbiased, neutral and sturdy organisation that can raise the voice against the odds to protect the rights of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community, the vision became a reality in 2019. It stood up as the trust mark in the trading market to facilitate the operations of a structured community, interacting with the Indian Government for holding dialogue, addressing disputes and acting as a conciliator to resolve differences with legal departments and executive agencies.
As envisaged since the establishment, NAPUF has proven its existence as an unbiased and transparent federation for the legal rights and security of Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community that it will surely continue to uphold in its existence.

Objectives

To sustain and protect the fundamental and legal rights of the trading community, promoting their prosperity.
To dedicate their work and time for the betterment of the Indian economy without seeking personal benefits.
To treat all fellow Agriproducts traders and Industrial Community with dignity and respect.
To abolish the rule of bribery and immoral business ethics, maintaining transparency and honesty amongst the trading communities.
To protect traders from unlawful action, harassment, verbal or physical abuse and harm from affiliated businesses.
To create the awareness amongst the farming community about the Agri insurance schemes ,policies & facilities to protect their losses of agri produces .
To create the trust and healthy environment between Agri products traders and farming community by helping each other’s through various moral supports at
the time of adverse environmental conditions .
To train the farming community about the weather forecasting system so that they can do farming practices on right time.
To educate the farming groups for conservation of water resources for holding the water recharging capacity and save water for the future generation .
To protect the violation of laws of govt. policies (CCI) of online fraud cases and guide them to sale the quality agro products through online marketing.
To make two way channel a healthy bridge between Agro products tradars and FPOs for serving better quality agro products, guide them about different govt
related to Agriculture community.

NAP UTRANTI FEDRATION (NAPUF) कृषि क्षेत्र के व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय के संघो का सबसे बड़ा राष्ट्रीय निकाय है जो देश भर में कृषि व्यापारिक समुदाय का सबसे प्रमुख सूत्रधार और संरक्षक है।
NAPUF की स्थापना 2019 में उद्योग जगत के प्रसिद्ध व्यापारियों के अथक प्रयासों से व कन्फेडरेशन ऑफ ऑल इंडिया ट्रेडर्स" (CAIT) की प्रेरणा और मार्गदर्शन के साथ हुई थी। भारत में सबसे शीर्ष व्यापारी निकाय "NAPUF" जिसे पहले 'CAIT कृषि उत्पाद विंग' के नाम से जाना जाता था, भारत के सबसे सम्मानित व्यापारिक समुदायों में से एक है। NAPUF कृषि उद्योग के नियमित विकास व संरक्षण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है
देश के वरिष्ठ कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों के कठिन अर्जित अनुभव और ज्ञान एवं और पुर्णतः समर्पित नए युग के पेशेवरों के उत्साह के कारण, NAPUF को भारत के कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय की सबसे ऊँची आवाज़ माना जाता है।

संघ की आवश्यकता

NAPUF के प्रमुख उद्देश्य

1. कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय के अधिकारों की रक्षा करना.
2. कृषि उत्पाद के सामने आने वाली विभिन्न समस्याओं जेसे "सरकारी नीतियों या व्यापार प्रथाओं के कारण " के त्वरित समाधान के लिए प्रतिबद्ध
3. कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय के भारतीय कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों के सामने बढ़ती चुनौतियों के लिए एक बहुआयामी दृष्टिकोण के साथ समाधान व व्यापक उत्थान
4. नई नीतियों के कार्यान्वयन, सामुदायिक हितों को सुरक्षित करने और निष्पक्ष व्यापार व्यवहार को बढ़ावा देकर भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में योगदान करने के लिए कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय की ओर से सरकारी निकायों के साथ बातचीत करना.

5. व्यापार करने में आसानी' को बढ़ावा देने के लिए नीतियों को बनाने और लागू करने के लिए भारत की केंद्र सरकार और विभिन्न राज्य सरकारों के सामने लगातार उद्योग की जरूरतों का प्रतिनिधित्व करना.

6. अपने सदस्यों को सरकार के नए कानूनों और नीतियों के साथ अद्यतन करने व वैश्विक बाजार के साथ योग्यता में कौशल विकसित करने में मदद करने के लिए के लिए जागरूकता के लिए विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाओं का आयोजित करना.

7. भारत में अधिक समृद्ध व्यापार बाजार बनाने- के लिए संबंधित समुदायों के लिए भारत में सूक्ष्म, लघु, मध्यम और बड़े बनाना (MSME) को एक साथ जोड़ना.

8. सरकार को मित्रवत नीतियां बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करके अपने सदस्यों और बड़े समुदाय को सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय (MSME) की योजनाओं से अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त करने में मदद करना.

9. कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारी और औद्योगिक समुदाय और लगातार समुदाय के अधिकारों को उत्पीड़न, झूठे आरोपों और पुलिस कर्मियों के दुराचार से बचाने के लिए काम करना

10. कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय के विकास के लिए निरंतर प्रयासों के अलावा छोटे कृषि उत्पाद व्यापारियों और औद्योगिक समुदाय को न्यूनतम ब्याज दरों पर मुद्रा ऋण प्राप्त करने में मदद करने के लिए उचित पहल करना ताकि वे व्यापारिक बाजार में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त कर सकें और अपना व्यापार कर सकें.

11. व्यापारिक समुदाय के मौलिक और कानूनी अधिकारों को बनाए रखना और उनकी समृद्धि को बढ़ावा देना.
12. व्यक्तिगत लाभ प्राप्त किए बिना भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की बेहतरी के लिए अपना काम और समय समर्पित करना।

13. रिश्वतखोरी और अनैतिक व्यापार नैतिकता के शासन को समाप्त करने के लिए, व्यापारिक समुदायों के बीच पारदर्शिता और ईमानदारी बनाए रखना। व्यापारियों को गैरकानूनी कार्रवाई, उत्पीड़न, मौखिक या शारीरिक6 शोषण और संबद्ध व्यवसायों से नुकसान से बचाना.

14. कृषि के क्षेत्र में विनिर्माण कौशल, तकनीकी सहायता और उत्पाद उत्कृष्टता बढ़ाने के लिए प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में निवेश करना। संबद्ध छोटे और मध्यम व्यवसायों की राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मान्यता के लिए प्रशिक्षण देना.

15. भारत के सरकारी विभागों और व्यापारिक अधिकारियों के साथ कानूनी और व्यावसायिक विवादों का समाधान करना।
16. पारस्परिक रूप से उत्कृष्टता के लिए व्यापारिक दिग्गजों और भारत सरकार के साथ बेहतर संबंधों की सुविधा प्रदान करना।

17. ऑनलाइन व्यापार की भ्रामक व अनुचित गतिविधियों एवं उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता के लिए उचित मानदण्डों का निर्धारण करने के लिए सरकार को समय-समय पर अवगत करना व उपभोक्ता को जागरूक करने के साथ पारदर्शी और प्रभावी उपभोक्ता संरक्षण तंत्र बनाना.

18. किसान कल्याणकारी सरकारी योजनाओं जेसे की "अमृत सरोवर मिशन", फसल बीमा आदि को अंतिम उपभोक्ता तक पहुचाने के लिए किसानो को जागरूक करना.
